1Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering on, or using the 82ph Casino platform ("Platform"), operated at the domain 82ph.vip ("82ph," "we," "us," or "the Company"), you ("User," "Player," or "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), as well as all policies incorporated herein by reference, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

2.4 One Account Per Person
Each individual is permitted to maintain only one active account on the Platform. Operating multiple accounts, whether personally or in coordination with others, is strictly prohibited. The Platform will merge or permanently close any duplicate accounts and may void any winnings associated with those accounts.
3Account Responsibilities
3.1 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. 82ph Casino will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
3.2 Notification of Unauthorized Access
You must notify 82ph Casino immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. We will take reasonable steps to investigate and address the reported issue.
3.3 Account Verification (KYC)
In compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR guidelines, 82ph Casino requires account holders to complete identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) before processing withdrawal requests. Acceptable verification documents include, without limitation, a Philippine passport, Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) ID, driver's license, or Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID). Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal requests being held pending verification.
4Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
82ph Casino accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, USDT, Instapay, and PESONet. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
4.2 Deposits
Deposits are credited to your account wallet upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for most payment methods. 82ph Casino does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which the Platform bears no responsibility.
4.3 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:
- Your account must be fully KYC-verified prior to the processing of any withdrawal;

4.4 Currency
All transactions on the Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.
4.5 Dormant Accounts
An account that has not recorded any login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. 82ph Casino reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts. Players will be notified at least thirty (30) days prior to any dormancy fee being applied.
5Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 General Bonus Terms
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 82ph Casino are subject to the specific terms and conditions applicable to each promotion, which are communicated at the time of the offer. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise:

6Game Rules and Fair Play
All games available on the 82ph Casino Platform are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited to ensure fair and unbiased outcomes. In the event of a malfunction, system error, or technical fault that affects the outcome of a game round, 82ph Casino reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. 11Limitation of Liability

12Termination and Suspension

- Breach of any provision of these Terms;
- Suspected or confirmed engagement in fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited activities;
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
- At the player's own request (voluntary account closure or self-exclusion);
- Following a direction or recommendation by a regulatory authority.
Upon account closure, any real-money balance (net of any bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player through their registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification.

13Amendments to These Terms
